24 year old Mitrice Richardson is missing after being released by law enforcement in the middle of the night. She was arrested after she was unable to pay her $89 bill at a Malibu Restaurant.  She was acting intoxicated so the owner called police.  Police found a small amount of marijuana in her car.  The car was impounded when Richardson was taken to the Malibu Hills sheriff’s office.  Her mother reportedly called the station and was told to pick up Mitrice at 4 A.M.  When her mother arrived, deputies said they had released her at 1:25 A.M. because they had no room to keep her.  Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said Richardson “exhibited no signs of mental illness or intoxication” when released.
