 ATTORNEY THOMAS S. ROBINSON, III  

Attorney Thomas S. Robinson, III is a private Criminal Defense Attorney with over a decade of experience in Fulton, Clayton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and other surrounding counties in the Metro Atlanta area.  He is a former prosecutor in the major case division of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and former Judge of the Municipal Court for the City of Riverdale. 

Attorney Robinson graduated from Stanford University with degrees in Economics and Political Science.  He received his Jurist Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law. 

After law school, Attorney Robinson worked at Alston & Bird, the largest law firm in Atlanta then went to work for the Georgia Supreme Court. While reviewing cases for the Supreme Court, he realized his passion is criminal justice.  He then spent five years as a prosecutor, trying murder cases in the major case division of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office before opening his criminal defense practice. He also spent a couple of years as Judge of the Municipal Court of Riverdale.
